Information submission 
When you need to access the AgileSC internal commercial and technical information, you are required to submit your personal information and the  Information will be approved by Agilesc before you are granted the right use any company's resources.  


Information retention 
We are very serious to the issue of information security. We are taking adequate measures to ensure safety to any store personal information on our server. When you enter the secure link to the information center, we will first verify your personal information. When you register or update your personal information, user accounts can continue to use for one year. If the effective period of time there is no password update, we will freeze your account. Frozen account will be cleared once a month, if your account is cleared, you need to re-registration if you want to continue the relationship with us. Removed the account information will no longer be retained. 
Under the following circumstances, we will remove the account or freeze the account without sending any mail notification: 
1 Your email address is invalid or returned from your mail system to send us a message. 
2 Application on your site or mail us to remove your account information. 
3 Your product(s) or your organization's product(s) is similar to our product line. 
4 Your organization no longer works
5 Your message was sent from a third party provider (such as @ hotmail.com, @ yahoo.com, @ aol.com, @ 163, @ sina.com ... etc.)


Changes to the Terms 
in case of any changes, we will make announcement before the implementation. We kindly remind customers to review our privacy policy regularly to understand how we protect and make use of your information.
